The Beautiful Game

I was thrilled to see that Bayern Munich managed to grab a late equaliser in their game against AC Milan last night.

I didn’t watch the entire game, so I can’t comment on whether or not the equaliser was deserved, but having seen referee Yuri Baskakov’s outrageous decision to award a penalty for Milan after Lucio’s perfectly timed challenge on his compatriot Kaka, it seems Daniel van Buyten’s late leveller was at least just.
